MARTINEZ AND ASSOCIATES

Mr. Martinez is the principal and owner of Martinez and Associates, a real estate appraisal and consulting firm which he has owned and operated since 2005. Martinez and Associates performs a wide variety of valuation services for properties including undeveloped land and intangible property rights. The firm specializes in valuation services for financing, litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution; estate, income, and gift taxes; ad valorem, and tax valuation. Martinez and Associates offers services throughout the nine Bay Area Counties, and the Greater Sacramento Region.
